Desire
And so we meet
if I dream or wake
and I tell you of the desire,
the longing that we share:
Shh… our laughing
is our secret,
and cheek to cheek
we dream that we
sleep away and love one another -
the blue flower leaves
a promise.

Despair
But even if yet asleep,
bitterness catches up
despair is destiny
our words are
